Almost everyone ever suffers from this illness once or twice in a year especially in winter season. The common cold is caused by a filterable virus. The most causes of the common cold may include sudden improper food, changes in temperature, obstructions of the nose, exposure to cold, fatigue, lack of sleep and dampness. If you neglect cold disease, it can lead to serious complications of upper respiratory tract. There is no specific treatment for common cold. Common cold generally lasts for a regular course of 1-2 weeks and the immune system eventually cures the problem, although early treatment shortens the length of the cold.
