The simplest way to make your body ready to sleep is turnings off all lights in your bedroom. Unfortunately some people still get sleep problem even they was turning off all lights. Then you can go to bathroom to take a warm bath before go to sleep, this will give your body relax, fresh and ready go to sleep.
