Sometime we really so sad and cannot say what makes us feel this way. Sometime we want to crying and nobody else is around to help us. All these are extremely sad, and can be our sadness is a symptoms of depression. Depression comes in different forms and in varied levels.
To overcome depression, you need to know what is your problem. Then try to find out, what made it wrong, what gave me this problem, what caused this. Then try to think of the best solution to deal with it.
