A migraine comes on very fast, but it isn’t something that you’re truly unprepared for. It’s sort of like when you get sick, you can feel it in your bones before it actually arrives. The same thing is true for your migraine. There is some sort of symptom that you notice before hand that tells you it is coming. When you first notice that symptom, go lie down. If you do it now, you may be able to completely avoid the migraine all together. If it comes, than it is usually a lot shorter and a lot less intense. Simply acting early is a good first step.
