It is more important after period of prolonged inactivity. It is also a good idea to return periodically for followup and re-evaluation your health.

The other important thing to keep your health is how you thought. If you have a lot of negative thoughts, these will poison your subconscious and will erase all meaningful gains. Another reality you must come to accept is that you must become active again. That means getting off the couch, walking away from the computer and going outside.
