When begin bodybuilding you should avoid overtraining. If your workouts take longer than 90 minutes, you’re overtraining. To avoid overtraining requires that workouts be very brief, but very hard. For beginner bodybuilder it is a good idea to get complete information about bodybuilding. There are many, many books, magazines, videos and websites out there that cover the best way to go about being a professional bodybuilder.
